Manassas Mall is comprised of 930,662 SF on 85.3 acres, prominently located one mile south of heavily traveled Interstate 66 (150,000 VPD), on Route 234. Located 27 miles from Arlington, VA and 32 miles from Washington, DC, the mall captures one of the largest, most affluent MSAs in the country with over 1 million residents and an average household income of $149,528 (60% of which are above $100,000).

The trade area has experienced 12% population growth since 2010 with an anticipated 6.2% of additional population growth between now and 2023. In addition, Manassas Mall serves as the “anchor” for the sizeable commercial hub in the four miles surrounding the property, which sees an additional 81,000 daytime employees.
