Lionheart Capital purchased the Miami Heart Institute as an 1,000,000 sq. ft. functioning hospital in 2012. This waterfront property, situated on 7.5 acres of land, was successfully rezoned for residential use.
It was later designed by Master Italian architect Piero Lissoni and branded The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. The projected sellout is approximately $550 million and it was delivered in 2019.
