The Seagull Beach Resort is the last large prime beachfront un-renovated legacy hotel in South Beach and will be converted into a five-star luxury resort hotel and beachfront retail complex. Lionheart Capital and Actium Development Co. sold the Seagull Hotel Miami Beach for $120 million, the highest priced sale for the 2020. The hotel traded two years after Lionheart bought it at auction for $31.1 million, and the property will be redeveloped into a Bulgari Hotel.
